Dear bbb, I am a 2002 graduate, passed step 1 and step 2 in first attempt (89 and 85). I am looking for IM residency programs in NY, NJ, CT or PA areas, preferably, University based programs. I have 3 months of USCE. I may get an EAD card by the time I apply for the residency, if not, I need an H1B visa. Kindly give your valuable opinion regarding my chances of getting into IM residency. Thank you for all your help, Preetha

Hi I think your chances are very good. You seem to have good scores and your USCE certainly will help you (I hope you got LORs from these people). good luck ! lf

You stand a pretty good chance . Practice the interviewing skills now (do a google search which will give you lots of results). Best of luck!
