I did volunteer works in mobile clinics, medical camps during my internship. What should I mention in position?

I wrote intern doctor. Is it correct?

I guess you already know it... It's a volunteer work as it was done not on ward nor urgent care clinic setting nor it was supervised and evaluated...

i would say medical student-intern....i guess u didn't get ur diploma yet...

There is no such a thing as medical student-intern...
Remember that in this country intern is a first year resident...
