I may be asking a stupid question here, but I'm confused and it's almost Sept 2. Are we supposed to send USMLE transcripts to all the programs we apply to? And where do we pay for it? I'm trying to look in myEras and the OASIS website, but even as I have requested for it in myEras, I haven't been billed for it yet and my OASIS site says there wasn't any requests for the transcript in the past 12 months. Any input will be tremendous help.

I have the same question. Will we be charged upon application?

Ok this is what I have gathered: I phoned to ask ECFMG about the OASIS notice and they said that if you requested Transcript from My Eras and not from OASIS then it will not show in OASIS i.e. the message no transcript requested in last 12 months will continue to show. Also you have to request the USMLE transcript from Documents and then attach it to each program you apply to by ticking the transcript box and then when you apply to the programs along with the program fee you will be charged the transcript fee.

You will pay only once for transmission of transcript...
