Apt test : Discrimination between fetal or maternal source in a sample of blood KB test : assessment of the amount of fetomaternal hemmorrhage to know how much RhGam should be injected to mother esp in cases like manual seperation of placenta or placental abruption . correct me if there it's not true

Apt test = Qualitative test for fetal blood KB test = Quantitative test for fetal blood (to calculate the dose of Rhogam)
