Am confused about how far do u go examining in detail - Do we need to examine cardiac in both sitting and lying down position? Can we do both back and front part of lung simultaneously in sitting position itself? In CNS can i cut short on the follwing - Power (just doing a few muscle groups), sensory (just blunt-sharp; of course i will do all components in diabetes or neuropathy etc), Same with reflexes - can i just do knee and biceps or need to do all reflexes Cerebellar - can i just do romberg, gait and alt- supine prone thing

you have tremendous time constrains, a very exhaustive clinical exam is not only undesirable but also just not feasible, also not leaving out must do's is extremely essential.what all you mentioned in CNS is acceptable and adequate.
