Thank you so much. That info helped alot. It was for my fiancee and we are doing the couples match and are deciding what programs to apply since I myself do not have USCE. That kinda puts a damper on things.

You are welcome match mate. It makes sense that jobs in the medical field are helpful to become familiar with the US Health Care System. I've done a lot of crazy jobs in US while studying for the steps and to be hired as a medical assistant was not easy...
