Hi I do not know why I started thinking about CS now, nearly a month and a half after the test date. I felt like crap for half a day then indifferent about the whole experience until yesterday, when I m feeling worried! Here is my experience: 1. I did all the usual stuff (knocking, introducing myself, shaking hands, draping, washing hands, asking permission to do tests, and asking if they have questions for me at the end). 2. I also did LIQOR AAA (where applicable) and PAMHUGS FOSS with all the cases (no exceptions) 3. I did Physical Exams on all of them (all major systems, lung, heart, abdomen, neuro(where indicated). (quick and superficial) 4. I ran out of time in case 2 (where I asked extensive questions, and performed detailed physical exams). 5. I answered all the challenging questions (some not convincing-but whatever came up to me at that moment) like for example someone has a sudden diarrhea (can I infect my students?) What kindda a question is that? 6. I forget to council in more than half of the cases. Some have nothing to council about!!! 7. One patient has palpitations (negative for all the hyperthyriod signs and symptoms)-forgot to do thyroid exam on her-very smart of me!!! 8. One patient is 16 years old and had mid upper abdominal pain-everything else is negative!!!! (denied sexual activity)-forgot to do pregnancy test (assuming she is lying) and forget to screen for child abuse! she came without her parents. I did not know the diagnosis so I was bsing!!! 9. For the hearing loss patient, I did not know what tuning fork to use, so I grabbed 128 HZ !!! very smart again! 10. Unexpectedly I felt I did very well in the phone encounter-covered everything. 11. One patient presented with chronic tiredness and shortness of breath. I covered all the system with him-asked him about everything and good exams-but forgot to council him about screening colonoscopy!!! 12. Lastly, just for you guys to laugh. My English is not bad at all-been in the US for 3 years now . I asked one patient what do you do for living-she said custodian-I said what! She said custodian-I was like: I am sorry but I do not really know what that word means! She said a cleaner! I was oh I am sorry for that :) I m feeling bad now-not sure why now and started searching for other peoples' experiences-and thought of dropping a line or two! I hope I did not fail-

HIV hi, first i'd like you to know what i have been doing for 3months -reading people's exam experiences where ever i get chance, so i can figure out i guess that status approx. since you loking for reassurance, and i dont lie that often, i'll tell you mistakes you made are not blunders, people make them all over this kind of exam, and some get noticed and some not, so they wont effect your chances at passing, this is something i can say beyond doubt so relax and be happy
