Hi everyone,
I did an observership in the US, however I will not be able to send and upload the LOR until the 10 or the 14th of sep. I am yet to decide if I should go ahead and apply on the 2nd of sep or wait till it is uploaded.

I have the same problem. I am awaiting 2 US LORs in the 1st week of Sept. What do you think i shoud do?
1) Apply to all programs with whatever 4 LORs (1 US and 3 Home) that i have and exchange the 2home with new ones on a later date? (My concern: I didn't know that it's possible. I had planned that I would apply with 3 LOrs in the beginnning and will ADD the 4th (US) whenever I get it. and will forget about the 5th (US).
But If I do this, What happens if some of the programs download my application with those 3home+1US lors? I think in that case i will have to contact each individual program about the new LOR right? But then how will they get the new LOR? Does ERAS allow them to update aplicaiton once they've already downloaded it?
OR
2) Apply with 2 LORs only so no program will download my aplication (because it will be an incomplete application for most of the program) before I assign the third LOR. THis sound stupid to me somehow but I would like to confirm it with you guys.
