i am starting to apply for my california letter now and i was told that by december i will get my cali letter...isn't too late? i wouldn't have it at the time of the interviews..?
please can someone tell me if i will get any interviews without the cali letter ?
can i get an interview and latter i will send them the letter?
please help

yeah you can get iv...just put the california receipt as one of your lor...
they need it before rol
