My 4 LORs have been sent already to ECFMG/ERAS. In the cover sheet and DSF, I wrote they were for one specialty. However, I just decided I'll also apply to a another specialty. Can I use those same LORs even if on their cover sheet it says they're for other specialties?

Email ECFMG. They'll attach a note to your LORs.
