18 year old woman has knee pain for 5 years which is made worse by sitting and by going up and down stairs. She has hyperextension of 10 degrees of both elbows. She becomes apprhensive when laterally directed pressure is applied on patella.X rays show no abnormalities.Next step in management? A) Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction B) Arthroscopic partial meniscectomy C) Quadriceps strengthening exercises D) Sympathetic blockade E) Total knee replacement F) Upper tibial osteotomy
