hey I am an IMG and just preparing for step1.my husband is in the computer science,and he wants to go to washington state to get a job. is it possible to get accepted from one of the hospital in this state? because as I know it's likely possible to get accepted in New Jersey, New York area as an IMG,but I dont have any idea about washington state.
do you have any?

U of Washington is a topnotch program..unlikley to get evn an interview. my friend a 99/99/99 got rejected.
Virginia Mason - if u have GC/citizenship anf u r a fresh img, u stand a chnace.
Spokane - u have a chance if u show them u r intersted..call program co-ordinator early/chat/tell them u moving to WA
