Im waiting my results (exam given on 7th Aug), Now im remembering all my mistakes ive done in my exam i think ive done 8-12 mistakes in each block(new format 48ques/block). ill be happy if ill get 90. is it possible to get score around 90 having such mistakes? please share experiences im very much worried

 Now-a-days exams have become a bit tougher. So if U had the tough one I guess the mistakes U told should be okay unless they are blunders.!!!!!!!! Since U have given exams nothing can be done. Let's hope for the best & Best of luck!!!

well predicting score snt possible becoz there are certain experimental qs al;so ,, nyways best luck for result

i heard that 60-70% of ques should be correct in order to pass the exam , is it true?

one of my friends who got a 98 in st1 and 99 in st2 says....he got 40 outta 48 on an average, per block! that was his own assessment! Peace

yes, doctor who, according to first aid for step 1 (2006 ed.), a MINIMUM of 60-70% correct answers are needed in order to PASS. hard to predict scores unless you did nbme ("moderate correlation" according to the site itself), or probably UW assessment. did you do any qbanks? best of luck, dudie!

i am foreign medical graduate,and ha dn't do any NBME, as well as not assigned UW. i collect all materials from previous test takers. But i did KAPlan qbanks,UW as well as usmlerx almost all about 50 % of study time i did only qbanks.(200 /day for last 2 months.)(self timer as well as self assesment only)
