HELLO GUYS , I DOWNLOADED THE LATEST VERSION OF USMLE STEP 2 CK SOFTWARE BUT I COULD NOT RUN IT , THERE IS A DEFECT IN HIS RUNNING PLEASE , ANYONE CAN HELP ME IN OBTAINING THIS VERSION ,,

i amalso facing same problem.
some type of error shows
I didnt found any solution ,although ive looked in FAQ of this software in Usmle.org

I downloaded the software form USMLE site and it works well.

Be aware that the resolution of graphic card should be 1264*768.

May be it helps!

i have already done what u have told me mr. nightflight but it does not fix the problem , could u upload the pregramme here , in this forum , from CD or anything else ???

same prblem is with me ...its almost run .....but when i m try to start block 1......its give me an error.....(socket error#10013.....acess denied).............

but old sofwhere is runing with out any prblem......

Its the graphic card problem that cannot execute its task properly ,Try it on a friends PC

So, we pay that much money for each exam, and they cannot make a simple software that works on all computers. Cammon, that's funny.

UW already has it, and it works.

The new software is just an updated version of the older one with the same design and capabilities , Even if you don't work with it before the exam u'll be able to work with it smoothly in the real exam .

It needs a relatively strong graphic card , so the problem is not the sotware itself.It is your PC's graphic card itself -----> try to run it on the different PC
