54 yo man, C/C = abdominal distention
Hx + Hodgkin lymphoma
PE reveals normal BP, RR and PR. JVD 5 cm above sternal angle, dullness percusion, decrease breath sounds over the R lung base. Mild hepatomegaly and 2+ lower extremities edema. Which of the following is the most likely
A. Urinary protein loss
B. Portal vein thrombosis
C. Increase elastic pericardium
D. Thoracic duct obstruction
E. Venous valve incompetence

My choice is C)Increase elastic pericardium

Constrictive Pericarditis is a complication of Radiation for Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Any comments?
