Anyone can differentiate between the 2 diseases above ?

The main difference is the percentage of skin involvement : in TEN there is more than 20-30% of skin involvement and also more severe involvement , so nikolsky sign is positive in TEN .Due to wider area of involvement the prognosis is worse and the electrolyte imbalance is more critical .In SJS there is more possibility of mucus membrane involvement (at least 2) ,however it is also seen commonly in TEN.

+ no conjunctiva involvement i TEN
oral mucosa often involved with blistering, but in mucous membranes involvement is not as severe as in SJS,
also condition is more severe that SJS
