needhelpplease, this question is little tough to answer because of its specificity, programs do mention repeats allowed or not allowed in step1&2 together but somehow about only cs, i doubt if they do, and even if some program has, it will be hard for anyone to search that one out, so if it repeats in other exams, program accepts, it is understood it means cs also.

in order to answer one should go through program requirements in all programs he/she is interested in. There is why it is so difficult and time consuming process for one who would volunteer to answer to your question.

when program write step1 and and step2 they mean CK. But there are few who needs CS on first attempt. The best thing if in doubt call them.....in my opinion it will affect but not much....I have 5 friends who flunked CS last year and one of them rejected three prematches and matched at good Uni. program.
Good programs look at over all picture and you will do fine.
stay positive .
Good luck
