follow this protocol and you will good in CIS as well as SEP.
PAMHUGS FOSSODA is not sufficient to pass ICE. you should mainly focus on HPI and ruleout atleast 3 DD and do a focused physical

i think what paheli meant to say was that here on this forum everyone helps each other without asking anything in return and they try to help each other by sharing there exam experiences, scores, prep., all the notes they make etc etc ...we have some gr8 ppl here like arlete, neeraj and many many many more who share there notes which they made with lot of hard work . AND they are very generous ppl and dont ask anything in return as they have been helped here as well in different ways .....so i think you are on a wrong forum dear as here noone sells anything rather they share everything .
IF you need notes or nbme or anything relevant for the exam , you can search it here and get it and then pass it on to someone else for free as well .....

Remember i am not here to sell any materials and do business with you all
I am here to offer my valuable time to help examinees who have difficulty with SEP and CIS
I am spending 4-5 hours a day for this purpose and no one in the forum including you would do this for FREE for hours and hours when you are all busy with your application process for NRMP !!
I am doing this with the intention of helping this forum and at the same time for my living and that is why i dont charge too much for my coaching

'Helping' and 'contribution' are usually for free.
And, yes, I have done my best to share what I know. We all are busy here, but we receive much for free from this forum, and we try our best to keep the circle of help going. Just spend some time reading the various threads, and you'll see why the free help available here is no less effective than any paid service you could purchase. No money involved in any of this.
