UW Qbank, Kaplan Qbank, USMLE Rx, Kaplan Qbook, NBME, etc etc.....these are all question banks and ways to assess yourself. go to their sites and you'll get all the details as to how to subscribe and get access to them. there are millions of practice tests. spend some time searching this forum and you won't have to be so worried....you'll find the answer to your question.

You can see a lot of available tests in SILVER's post. You can search for their websites and sign in. The best is USMLEworld... I think it is USMLEWORLD.COM....You can try to download some tests for free, I think it is not quiet legal, do search here in general forum... There are some books also availale, like Kaplan Q-book, you can buy it used very cheap, go on amazon.com or alibrus.com or ebay...and you will get CD with 150 questions for free when you register for you exam...
