Hi everyone,
I am just an old IMG. I have done research (basic science) about 6 years already. So I am almost forget all the necessary skills for CS exam! I am really really worried about that!
In our opinion, what should I do to recall the knowledge and skills for CS exam? And how long do I need to invest my time for the preparation of CS exam? I am really need your advice. Thank you very much for your help!

IT depends on how much time and effort you invest for the preparation.
idealy it takes around 2months for old graduates if you prepare one case a day from first aid and UW.
go through the minicases and recollect how to formulate DD and diagnostic workup.
focus on detail HPI rule out atleast 3 DD and do focused physical.
to learn more about CIS and SEP components read the protocol that i have posted in the forum and incorporate it into all encounters.
