Guys i am new to this forum,

This looks like a wonderful place. I wanted to ask when is the right time to get the lists from sites like MAR? Right now or will they update the lists and so I should wait till Sep 1?

If you want to buy a list, this is the right time, 'cos none of those lists is perfect and you'd still have to do some work.. You cant blindly apply to all of those programs, ( unless ofcourse you have a lot of money to spare)
If you're planning to buy MAR, I think they have an offer of $10 off for members of this forum till end of this month.. I'm not sure though..
