Class specific adverse effect : - Growth plate defect makes them CI in children and pregnant ladies
- Tenditinitis and tendon rupture in adults
But GIT disturbance which is very common with so many drugs are the most common adverse effect of flouroquinolines.

Yes , I made a mistake. Gastrointestinal upset with anorexia, nausea, is the correct answer.
