How important is US clinical experience/ externship for IMGs...
To getting Interviews as opposed to Home experience/MDs??

USCE is important no doubt. However people with no USCE do get residencies every year. It depends on the overall package a candidate presents i.e; scores, CV, personal statement, visa status, interview skills etc.
