When people talk about Goljan audio's and lectures, are these for Pathology only (or are they comprehensive covering other subjects like Behavioural Science and Pharmacology)?

This is mainly for pathology but written in such an integrated way as ' Dr Goljan' integrates every subject of step 1 here except behavioral science .
According to people its the way exams wants you to learn the topics.
