Does anyone have advice for me?
I failed the step one exam twice by one point!!! very frustrating!!!
Does anyone recommend a recheck of score? If not, what do you guys suggest in restudying techniques?
I'll greatly appreciate any help

i understand ur situation,,,dont lose ur heart..try again ...FIRST AID..i just simply revised first aid many times before exam....i believe thats the key

hello dear jamilabe , you remember me , i had my heart in pieces , when i failed my exam with 74 , but like henna said , i took my exam again after 8 months of my first try , i saw my weaknes , and i knew that i was close , but you feel like you lost your trust in yourself , i felt damn , no intelligent , but then with the support of this forum i feel like i have to take it again , not just for my family , if not for me because i need my trust by myself again .
i was a average medical student but i never fail in course before , so i took this exam personal , like a big fighting , but in this time i have to win .
dont lose your energy thinking if you quit , dont do that , i did and i lost precious time.
just focus in take the exam again but this time with strategy my friend , for xample big time is goljan audios i did the second time , first aid and uw repeat and repeat the questions , dont be in hurry to take the exam , be a master in goljan , first aid and uw , and i know that you ll pass with flying colors .

Sorry to hear that..., but maybe it's time for you to evaluate what went wrong...: did u try any NBME before the exam??, Usmleworld?if not, many recommend to sit for it when you are in safe zone in ur nbme score.

the advice you have been getting is solid, uw and first aid are key and an nbme to identify weak areas will help, i went from a 184/74 to 211/87 with this. you can do it!!!

I hate these scores it seems not fair since the score is not raw but adjusted to the group taking it at the time!
Its better to take at an off time from what I see
I agree with FA and UW, its what I'm doing with a full Kaplan video review, ( Doing mostly videos now)
I have a friend who will "Pimp me" too, he got a 250
I'm finding this difficult but will keep going myself, just keep the faith, you are so close.
This will be my 3rd time and the first 2 were disasters much worse.
Also I keep pushing the NBME to see how well you are doing, its the closest to the real thing you can take.
