In the white pulp, in areas called periarteriolar sheaths. The B cells cluster in primary follicles, and then in germinal centers.

T cells are also found in the Red pulp, which is located on the side of the spleen. Look at page 95 in FA. Pneumonic for T & B cell distribution from Central Arteriole out is: TBT T in Pals (around the central arteriole) B in white pulp (outer than pals) T in Red pulp (outtest layer )
