In epidural aneshesia , there is a small probability of sympathetic block due to leakage of the anesthetic substance (it is more common in spinal anes) and this is the event that has happened in this patient .Her blood pressure is 60/palpable.

In these cases follow the below steps:

1-put the patient in trendelenberg position

2-IV fluids

3-alpha agonist administration : ephedrine and phenyl ephrine ...
