In colon cancer if the metastasis to the liver is less than four and confined to one lobe of the liver we can resect both in one operation and the adjuvant chemotherapy.

because this is a constricting tumor that will cause intestinal obstruction, so in this case it's not a curative procedure but it aim to decrease the chance of intestinal obstruction.
