I am not at this stage but this is a question that I need to answer.
Is there any possibility for fetting into competetive programs I mean like neurosurgery or orthopedics or plastic surgery ?
If yes how ? Is there any data from foreign medical graduates who shows this approach?
I need to know.Please someone helps me with this I appreciate that.

I know somebody from my med school who got into neurosurgery. He got his PhD from a top program in the US w/ excellent publications.
