Hi, I am CFMG-certified IMG looking for a position in medical research. I am going to do pathology residency but need to find a paid job with visa ASAP, preferrably the one that will give me a LOR for future application. Step 1 -99. US experience: clinical observership as a student. NY/NJ area. If anyone here can help I will be very grateful. Maybe someone heard abt the position where you work? Thank you.

Hi katinka, Welcome to join the forum. You can go to the job placement section on the high-impact journals (Nature, NEJM, etc.)'s Website and look for the postdoc/technician positions. But keep in mind that the lab heads prefer people who have research experience. Clinical experience is not really necessary. Try to customize your CV a bit to cater their preference.
