Hi, My step 1 is 2 weeks from now and unfortunately, I used to smoke a lot. I fear of having urges during 8 long hours of exam. So, I planned to quit but exam pressure doesnt let me put off this habit. Now, worried are increasing. I am sorry if its a rare problem but if anybody has similar problem, plz do share. How to handle it? Just two weeks left!

I understand you,I have the same problem, yes, will be hard to spend 8 hours under high stress without smoking, nicotine chewing gums can help but they cause nauseas ,very uncomfortable,I guess nicotine patch would be better, but try it before the test, in order to know how it works, try to quit after the test, all the best for you

You can go outside and smoke during the breaks. You do not have to stay in the test area all the time. lf
