I just did NBME form 1 and I scored 560 which is about.. 235 in USMLE..
I don't know whether I should postpone or not
I seem to be very weak in Psychology and mental disorders..and CNS
Should I postpone it?
I've finished UW about 3 days ago (took me more than 2 months --)
and I haven't even started reviewing UW or any other review materials...
The only thing I've done for this exam is UW..really...

Could somebody give me an advice on what I should do?
What kind of review book should I use for psychology? T.T
Do you think it will be worth it for me to review a total new psy book having only 2 weeks left?
and should I postpone? I'm getting really frustrated since I only have 2 weeks left..

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It depends on your expectations from the exam , whether you are FMG or AMG and whether you'd like to participate in the coming match(which in fact has started ).
For most AMGs more than 230 is enough even for highly competitive specialties however for FMG , although there is no cut off but many suggest > 240 even for non-competitive specialties .
Also if you want to participate in the coming match , please take into account that these days sometimes it takes 4-8 weeks for CK results to be ready and it really makes a great difference for FMGs to be ECFMG certified at least at the time of interview (or two steps is better than one).
I believe that NBME results are a very good predictors are your exam results , and 235 is relatively good score for non-competitive residencies even for FMGs.

In conclusion , if I were you and I wanted to apply this year ,I would sit the exam this month .Otherwise I
would review UW and study Kaplan notes carefully before taking the exam.
