go to OASIS---->ERASsupport services-------->verify receipt of documents.......if u see ur documents there then dont worry..they'll get scanned.......my docs reached on 4 aug...n i can see them today in my eras postoffice....

I´m desperate!
Sent in my LoR on 8/1. They should have been there the latest on 8/4. Nothing showed up on OASIS yet!
I called ecfmg today and they said, that currently documents that were received 8/7 are locked in on OASIS.
So where are my documents?
Do I have to get new LoR from my writers and send them in again? Did they really get lost in the mail? What´s the chances???
Anybody with a similar problem?? Please help...

if u used courier service or united postal service with tracking number...try to contact them

did u use a courier service? if yes you could track ur packet....
i used DHL...and i could track my documents online, and the day DHL delivered the documents, ECFMG confirmed it - on OASIS-->receipt of docuements and then it took 7 days to get them scanned n become visible on my ERAS postoffice....
if u sent it by normal mail...it takes 8 days for anymail to reach USA (atleast from here in india)..

One of my writers told me he sent his LOR on 08/01 and it is not there yet, not even under "received documents". So yes, I have a similar problem. But I think we just have to wait a little more before starting to bug the writers (again).

yes, me too have problems w/ lors..one of them was sent July 31st or august 1st..called Ecfmg last August 8& told me that the said LOR is not yet there at ERAS/ecfmg. The other 2 LORs were sent last July 30 were received August 4..All of them were snt via regular USPS..Talked w/ the LOR writer &he said we wait first until today&just tell him if not yet received so that he can make another copy&have me sent the sealed envelop...i will wait until Wednesday..most likely it was just delayed and in transit..Im also scared my fellow candidates that it got lost but most likely it will be there by tomorrow or Wednesday..CROSS ALL MY FINGERS!!!

hi arlete, like some crazy person you would think i'm back, but really things that have been happening lately are capable enuf to turn me into one, its me that still holding my nerves strong,so i wanted to know is it ok to mail documents one by one that is LORS 1st and then the rest of them?, is that ok or you need to send them together, mine are still under preparation,so what do i do?

Thanks adr for sharing! So I see people that DO have the same problem. Maybe we should wait until Wednesday or Thursday or so. But I´m too sceptical and would send it in another time by the end of this week.
Sackatdoc: I think it´s possible to send them in seperately. Just make sure you submit a document submission form everytime you send something to eras.

Hey everybody!
Freaked out too early! Just checked OASIS again and there they were: my LoRs!
It said 8/8 so I really think, they have some kind of delay with the flood of documents.
Thanks everybody for calming me down. Match excitement getting to me from time to time
So, I hope for everybody else, the document nightmare will work out just as fine!
Let me know in this thread how it worked out.

my 3rd LOR just arrived at ERAS/ecfmg today..just checked oaisis...so il just be waiting for it to be scan&see at ADTS...hope evrybody will get there documents in the timely manner..but im stil waiting for my last waived LOR..il call my LOR writer tomorrow;:cool see you around guys!!

I'm glad your letter arrived well!
I'm in a very similar situation. Acutally, my letter writer sent letter Thursday, 7/24, and I still can't see it on OASIS! It was sent via regular USPS mail.
What should I do? Should I ask him to send it again?

I am still waiting for my letter, that was sent on 08/01. Today, there's one there that was sent on 08/11, go figure...!!! Maybe one sent by courier and the other didn't...
But I will wait, I don't want my precious writer to be fed up with me...

the scanning date is still stuck at august 5th.... my last LOR needs to be uploaded..hope things start moving faster.....(just venting ..i know they must be swamped)

OK, guys... That letter that was sent on 08/01 just got there on "View documents...", under the date of 08/11. So it payed to be patient and not bug my writer again, this time.
I'll keep you posted about my other letters, so you have an idea of how long is taking. Let's keep anxiety down, guys... Although it is easier said than done. Well, I'll go clean the house to think about something else for a change.

I´m glad to hear that Arlete! Yes my letter showed up for 8/8 on 8/12. So I guess some delay is normal. I´m still waiting for a LoR from Germany. Man, mailing is slow
