 HI!!! I'm a physician from colombia, my story is pretty sad, I took step 1 and scored an 80 and passed the CSA but I have failed twice step 2 with a score of 73/177 on both tests. Hey guys!!!! Do you think I have a chance for a neurology program? Please if someone knows about somebody else with this situation who actually got into a residency please let me know!!! Thanks.

Hi This can be quite a problem. Try a lot of preliminary programs as well. Or you can do Internal Medicine and later switch to Neurology, since it is the same internship in most places. lf

step2 is not a requirement for CSA so if anyone has passed step1, they can take CSA after that. check ecfmg.org for details

Paula, I am from panama, I studied in Santo domongo. I too have failed twice, but it was step one. I am now trying for step 2 before trying step one again. I need a study partner. I am in South Florida. I study a alot, but by myself. I am obviously doing something wrong.

Congratulations about your step 1 and CS, you will see soon a good result in your step 2, good luck in your next test! In my case it's has been also a "calvario" to trying to do the tests. I would like to talk to you about it, I am having a really hard time.
