I have both in book .

Both are totally different or , you can say old is old but short , sweet , clear & good .

But , yup but , u also fall in love with new one since lots both basic & clinical , tons of info in , so , ur pick .
Read old then still craving more read new too .

Depends ur style , brain cell accepting short with just basic info or , ok with lots throw on ur plates .

I like both , since get old b/4 nwe out , then saw new so also grap it .

Go see it book store the new one , if have old one .

re what will appear on exm , we never know , even in our med school student time , but we know HY are a must , but need more score better know almost all since , no one can know all .. not in medicine ......... whoever say knwo all everything raised eyebrow

But to get well knowledge & b a good Doc that u might wnat to raed both .
Exm point of view ....... ?? more u raed more u score [ Papi's quote ] ....... but means more books [ I think he meant that ] or review more [ not sure only this he meant , seems he meant both ... read alots .. books , more well .. ie also if need to......... review more I guess ] .

Same go for HY histo old vs new HY histopath like old molecu vs new one .

coolu r welcome girlD nod

Just my own point of view ..
.....in HY I like.................
..gross new ,
...neuro new ,
..histo old ?? .. not read all yet ,
...... histo path [ new histo ]
...embryo old
... cell mole, old & new too .

No idea r .. rests of HY .
... re biostat .. no idea much yet , & kap is good for me , am ok with kap so not read old biostat yet .. may not read .

Embryo... not big portion in exm as other said so, will not invest much time in old plus new, read old or new u have , no Lange too unless need to use as references .

As I said go to book store check with ur old or browse new , u know u will need it or not , u will feel u like it or not .

Then check amazon on line , buy when onsale almost half price eg 16 or 17 $ to save money .

bottom line ......... HY good one my opinion are...... gross new , neuro new , histopath new , histo old ?? , cellmole new & old , and embryo old .......... that are more than enough .

We make mistake buying in series ie gegerally, but some time the series are all good like kaplan notes , qs, courses grin .[ my own opinion ] .

But HY I do not think u need all, the HY u have are more than enough .
Hy is just summary or Hy facts , so u still need to read main one llike kap & ur reference books , text if needed .grin no easy way out when in term of learning & exm is more than that with stressing u in time frame clock ticking .. get answer NOw grin
