One LOR will be missing in my application till late Sep. Do you advise to submit the application earlier and then send LOR when it is ready?will it be attached to the application and my documents and will programs receive it automatically? thanks

i think u should sumit rest of ur stuff now and send lor when its ready
some programme will not download new lors...so its upto u ___________________ man of unknown principles
