I sent LORs and Transcript to ERAS from my country; I thinks the documents should be received by now. However, in ERAS support service stated that they didn't get it yet.
How long did you guys get the response from the website?
Is there any possibility that it's late because of sth? ( Like... they got a tons of documents and can't manage them real quick?)
Do I have to call them?

Two things missing: when did you send your docs, and from where?
If you have problems with docs, DO call ECFMG... Nobody but them know the best answer for you.
