lymphoma+leukemia+difference

I know that Leukemias come from cells of the myeloid system usually and lymphomas come from the lymphoid system. But why CLL ALL are lymphoma, but named leukemia?

Dr. Goljan : " Leukemia - cancer of stem cells in bone marrow" and can met-ed into lymph nodes. "Lymphoma arise from lymph nodes" and can met-ed into bone marrow.
