Hi everyone,
I'm also the IMG with fair english skill.
I think I can understand and keep the conversation but I'm not so sure about writing patient note.
I'd love to write in "Bullet" style. Unfortunately,I can't find the example of this style. ( In FA, they wrote in sentences.)
Do you have any suggestions?

I'll try to write some Pt note. Please correct me.
CC : 70 y/o male c/o Rt arm pain
HPI :
-The upper and middle part of Rt arm pain
- Bagan 3 days following the fall with out streched arm
- No LOC before/after the fall
- No Weakness, No Numbness
- No radiation
- Aggravated by movement
- Alleviated by tylenols and sling
PHM :
- Asthma for 40 yr
- Current medications : Albuterol inhale, Tylenol
- Allergic to ASA
SxH :
- No sexually active
SH :
- Retired school teacher
- non smoker
- no EtOH
- Widower for 3 yr
- Lives with his son
