i am planning to take the exam on 27th august. i prolly will get my result on 8th october. i may not get any interviews. any idea when are interviews send by

if you have usce or strong cv, strong lors/publications/research then why not apply with a good step1 score. i have read that fmg/img have gotten interviews on these criterias. gl

I agree with manam1 It depends on how well you did in Step 1 and other strrong points in your resume. Your ERAS application will show that you have already taken step 2 and awaiting results, if you have an outstanding score in step 1, then you will get good number of interviews. However, some programs have criteria that applicants must be ECFMG certified at the time of the application, don't apply to these

If you are a FMG it is really a privilege to be ECFMG certified at the time of application or at least before interview time.
