For guys who interviewed last yr for surg progs, could you please list which progs are crap i.e those we should avoid coz they r bad? Like i hear Bronx Lebanon is crap and is avoided by AMGs so its 100% IMGs and hav read quite a no. of negatives abt it.

Well I dont think as a FMG you can afford to avoid any programms. The more interviews you have the better. The rest is up to you.

i agree with zygone...for surgery, just cast ur net as wide as possible, depending on ur creds.

Yeah, you are both right.Was curious coz i heard few progs aint good but I hav bn comforting maself that since they r ACGME accredited,they shud be fulfilling the minimum req 4 training to remain accredited, so no harm applying to any.
