okay, w/ every encounter, u get a blue scrap paper in the room? so u get to take your notes on that right? i mean as u take hx n' p/e?? so when the encounter is done, u do get to take the blue paper out, right? so that you can copy your notes to write out the pn??? i know this is silly, but if this isn't true, then I'm doomed....oh oh

Its true 
You can write all the Hx and P/E on the notes, take it out with to the computer station, and refer to it while typing the PN. But once the time for a given case is over the proctors will take your blue paper (or pink  paper, i dont' remember).
Relax, don't panic.
