my prep:
-kaplan: useful info but sometimes too unorganized (the notes)
videos (the fish! the fish the fish! are the best! 
Qbank too hard sometimes...
-UW: Very good! (no i don't work for UW) if u have time do it
twice !
-the rest of sources...if u feel insecure of ur knowledge.
well the test is like this:
block 1,2,..... a joke ( i couldn't believe my eyes it was easy! )
block 3,4.......like UW
the rest choose between two very very likely answers!
don't underestimate the test but at the same time don't be afraid of it is doable....is not like 
a lots lots lots of psych (know well your psychos  ), of course IM, OBGYN and peds; not much surgery...
manage well your time!!! i almost forgot about the lunch brake!
oh i forgot the prometic center was too cool bring a sweater! not a jacket they wouldn't allow it.
i didn't eat because i get bloated 
sleep well the night before...
