Sorry if this is a question already discussed.
If we upload the photo in OASIS, then what is the point of having DSF for photo? (We have an option for Photo in DSF) How should we submit DSF with photo?

If we upload digital photo, we don't even need to submit DSF. Is that right, Justice?

DSF is used to submit LOR's transcript,MSPE,photo

If you submit photo online(upload digital photo) you still require DSF to submit the rest of the documents.

If you ask about DSF for the e-submitted photo, then you don't need it. Same is for PS. However, whatever is sent to ERAS as a hard copy does require DSF.
