Hi guys! I have just read through the famous " no more loose girl " list of questions. It says tat the initial step in diagnosing Myasthenia Gravis is Ab against Ach. The most specific is the edrophoinum test, the most specific is the Ab against Ach and most accurate is the ENS. Any comments about it? In my view the sequale of the dg after suspicious PE should be the following: First the edrophonium test, next ENS than serology. Please help me. txs
