hi
i havent yet submitted my documents and CAF to ecfmg/eras except i finalised my 1 LoR.
problem is my letter writer waived my LoR so that he can send it directly to ERAS/ECFMG.
when i logged in to OASIS ERAS service it shows no documents yet received to support your application.
but when i logged into ERAS/ADTS (my documents)section it shows i finalised 1 LoR and also
downloaded by designated deans office.
what does it mean 
did they received and scanned my LoR from letter writer?if not i need to call my letter writer regarding to re send it again.
plssssssss help my dear friends.

it means your lor was not received yet......whenever you finalize an LOR the information that you finalized that particular LOR gets "downloaded"...if you see the dates you will notice that they downloaded the finalization of the LOR on the same day you finalized it
Only when your LOR is received in OASIS is when it was actually received....In Eras/Adts you have to see your Post Office to see what documents were received.
Relax.....it takes some time for documents to show up on Oasis...it took over almost 3 weeks for one of my documents to show up...

what if your LOR was mailed &received by August 1st or 2nd week, will it take a month to scan &uploaded?

I think it depends on the workload people there are having.

so what's the exact process?after the LORs were received by ECFMG eras they will scanned it and uploaded it AFTER one applicant finalized &assigned the LOR/s to at least one program before we could see if the LOR is really there & received by ERAS? this is what i understand..will somebody correct me please?

Hi Deo! From what I understand, as long as you see the LORs posted on your ADTS that means ECFMG/ERAS has scanned your LOR. If you have not finalized your LORs it would not show up on your ADTS.
