This came as a complete surprise to me as my Uworld cumulative was only 57% and I did it only once.
My exam was mainly treatment oriented not much of next step in diagnosis.
I studied for about 5months seriously and very seriously in the last 3 weeks;mainly from FA and Uworld.
Uworld is the Key guys.Know it.As people always say.The latest edition of FA is great.there's nothing in Uworld from my experience thats not in FA.

Congratulations, Great score!! Please give us some tips on ur preparation..Have you taken NBME? Have you done Kaplan notes? How about USMLE CD?
About the exam, what is the percentage of Qs subject wise? and from which chapters IM Qs come from?

For my prep I did Kaplan with FA that is adding notes fron Kaplan into FA and then concentrated on FA and Uworld.
I didn't do NBME and i did 2 blocks of usmle CD had 35 and 39.
IM was about 50-60%.Psychiatry was high yield too.The rest about fairly equal representation.For IM there was more of cardiology and Pulmonology in my test.

r real ck qs difficult than nbme 2 or 3? is it worthwhile to solve nbme qs thoroghly? or uw better?

Didn't do NBME so i don't really know about it.but my exam was very similar to UW just that questions were much longer than UW;sometimes half the screen!!
