Go to high-impact journals' Website. They have a job ads section. If you have a degree already you can apply for a postdoc position.

i am also looking for a job in medical research in NYC area, im ecfmg certified but have no us experience (other than 2-month-long observership in the year 2000 when i was a student). i need H1 visa.
i will be grateful for any help or suggestions where to look for.
