i am a mum of two kids ,just moved to america ,just dont know where to start ,my books are all coming in the shipping ,have q book and goljan and some cpied material with me ,anyway i decided to artrt and stated with pathology goljan .listened to first 2 lectures and planning to do some q tonight

yesterday i did 50 questions from q book that is all,i wanted to do 100 but i couldnt with my kids .shouls try to do today ,i feel it hard to with the family,how to manage my ovesleeping i dont know
