hi, what is alexander bell with STD?

Bells Palsy -> LMN CN VII lesion, ipsilateral loss of motor innervation of face... either destruction of facial nucleus or efferent facial proper... Seen in AIDS, lupus, sarcoid, tumor, diabetes

Sing, canstep explained it to you. What you have there is just a pneumonic on how to remember what diseases u see bell's palsy with.

ALexander Bell with STD

Aids
Lyme disease (very likely to see it in boards)

Sarcoidosis
Tumors
Diabetes

p.s. I think in the previous post, stepup meant lyme disease instead of lupus. :?
